As a service for our participants, MCI will assist you in arranging your hotel accommodation at no extra charge.
MCI has made block bookings in selected hotels in the center of Stockholm, all close to the public transportation which takes you to the conference venue.
Those wishing to stay in youth hostels should arrange their own accommodations - please find further information below.
Please note that you must register to attend the Conference at the same time you make your hotel reservation with MCI.
Your reservation will be confirmed together with your credit card guarantee your reservation. All hotel costs are to be settled directly with the hotel, unless other information is stated in the upcoming confirmation letter.
Please note: the deadline for hotel reservation is July 15.
After this date room reservation nor preferential rate cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellation of your hotel reservation
If you cancel all or part of your hotel reservation, an administration fee of SEK 500 is payable up until June 25. Once the respective cancellation date has passed, you will be charged for the entire value of your reservation. Any cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card you supplied when you made the reservation.
Alternative accommodation
Reservations at youth hostels are to be made directly to the same. No pre-reservations are possible through MCI. You are advised to contact the youth hostel as early as possible, because of the high demand. Prices vary between SEK 250 and 500 per night and per bed, in shared rooms, with common facilities and excluding breakfast. (At some youth hostels, single and double rooms might also be available). Following youth hostels are located close to public transport. Bed linen/towels can be rented.
