The SATS,SCANSECT and SATNU conference will be held at Kistamässan, located north of Stockholm, at Kista, August 20-22, 2009.

 

The registration desk opens up on Thursday, August 20 at 10.00 and remains open all through the conference.

Advance registration
All delegates will be required to register online through this website. The registration form can be found here.

You use the same registration form to register for the scientific programme as well as for the social events. Events included in the registration fee also need to be pre-booked. Your registration will be processed on a 'first come- first served' basis.

The same registration form is to be used for all conference participation, hotel reservations as well as for the social events.

Confirmation
A confirmation letter will be sent well in advance of the conference, confirming booked events, hotel accommodation and payment status.

 
Cancellation of participation
Cancellations must be in writing/e-mail and sent to the Conference Secretariat MCI confirmation-sweden@mci-group.com. For cancellations received up until 15 May, 2009, a cancellation fee of SEK 500 of paid delegate fee will be charged, between 16 May-15 July SEK 1 500. Cancellations received after 15 July are non refundable.


Processing and publication of personal data
Due to common rules adopted within the EU and Sweden, personal data of the SATS, SCANSECT and SATNU Conference 2009, participants may be required before and even after the meeting has been held (to render an account of the conclusions arrived at during the meeting, for statistical purposes, and for the dispatch of information on future meetings within the field in question). We require notification of your consent to this data processing by your signature on the registration form.  

Payment

All payment should be made in Swedish Kronor (SEK) and made payable to MCI, SATS Conference, 2009, P. O Box 6911, SE-102 39 Stockholm, Sweden.
Please ensure that name and company for each participant is printed clearly to ensure that payment will be correctly registered. Payment should be submitted at the same time as the registration form by one of the following means:
